I just took a quick look over it and it looks pretty complicated in my eyes.
with 500 ref.
15 days=0.783
30 days=0.716
60 days=0.683
90 days=0.627
150 days=0.576
240 days=0.541
at the lowest BEP possible of 0.541
you only have two main objectives:
1. For every ref renewed to 240 days it will lower
you rent cost and increase profit margin.
2. Keep a historic stat (the more the better)
and as a suggestion recycle older non-profitable clicking refs.
For example if you're renewing 90 days
with a BEP of 0.627 :
(at least 6 clicks every 10 days)
or
(at least 4.4 clicks every 7 days)
or
(at least 9 clicks every 14 days)
any ref that is clicking less than the
above mentioned pattern for longer than
3~5 weeks I suggest to recycle them.
Start with the 5 week first and work your
way down to 3 week.
as an ultimate there's lots recycling
cost saving because of the 7 day free recycle.
as a golden it's 14 days 1st year and
13 days 2nd year.
you have to be even more selective which
referral to recycle.

But if it works i'm definitely is intressted in trying it. My avg is around 0.6-0.7 now with 500 reffs. I'm loosing money everyday so i'm starting to get desperate.
usually it takes more than 1~2 weeks of
changes to notice any increase differences.
increase budget to bring it into profit
or
stop renting until the avg is stabilized
or
if avg is stable then selective recycling
can help increase avg
or as a very last resort
(which I have not or will do it)
if you still have a difficult time managing
the referrals and you don't have enough
budget is to let some refs expire (there's a fee)
to a level where you can
still manage them and renew the refs for longer terms.
